These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.stellar-solutions.hr (the “Website”) and any professional services provided by Stellar Solutions, owned and operated by Boris Žagar, Croatia (“Stellar Solutions”, “we”, “us”).

Stellar Solutions is an independent hospitality revenue management practice serving premium accommodation across Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro. Our services include, without limitation, revenue management, dynamic pricing, distribution strategy, market intelligence, performance reporting and listing optimisation for luxury villas, boutique hotels and similar properties.
Any specific engagement, its scope, deliverables, fees and duration are governed by a separate written agreement between Stellar Solutions and the client. The content of the Website is provided for informational purposes and does not, on its own, create a contractual relationship.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and to refrain from:
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its infrastructure;

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights available to residents of other EU Member States.
